Hint: Primary cells are the ones that cannot be charged again after using one time while secondary cells are the ones that are rechargeable. So, primary and secondary both provide current. The only difference is that primary cells are not rechargeable after using one time while secondary cells are chargeable and can be used many times.
Complete step by step answer::
When a primary cell is used, chemical reactions in the battery use up the chemicals that generate the power; when they are gone, the battery stops producing electricity and becomes useless.
In contrast, in a secondary cell, the reaction can be reversed by running current into the cell with a battery charger to recharge it, and regeneration the chemical reactants.
So, in option (A) bottom cell, solar cell and secondary cell and in option (B) solar cell, electrolyte cell, electrochemical cell, are such three types of electric cell combinations which provide the current.
Hence, option (C) is correct.
Note:
1. A primary cell or battery is one that cannot be recharged easily whereas the secondary cells are rechargeable.
2. Solar cell converts sunlight energy into electrical energy. During charging the batteries, electrical energy is converted into chemical energy and during the use of batteries chemical energy is converted into electrical energy.
3. Solar cell also called photovoltaic cell. Any device that directly converts the energy of light into electrical energy with the help of photovoltaic effect is termed as photovoltaic cell.
